Born in Surrey, into a family all interested in art, her father trained as a stonemason and sculptor and her sisters also paint: Sherree Valentine-Daines studied art at the Epson School of Art and Design. Her interests centre on landscape and life painting in oils and watercolours and she won the Laing Competition for landscape painting.
Valentine-Daines' work is held in many private collections all over the world and she has had a one-man show at the Barbican Centre in London. She regularly undertakes commissions particularly of important sporting events.
Sherree Valentine Daines has exhibited regularly at the Royal Society of British Artists, Royal Institute of Oil Painters, Guildhall London, Laing Landscape Exhibition, Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours and the Royal Watercolour Society. Also the Hesketh Hubbard Art Society, Tate Gallery, Olympic Games Exhibition, Exhibition for Youth, New English Art Club, the National Society of Painters and the United Society of Painters and the Pastel Society. Her work is also in the Lords Museum.
