'Tour de Force' takes audiences globetrotting through Peter Wileman's colourful and astoundingly vibrant lens.

From London's foggy cityscape's at dawn to the famous Grand Canal, on to smouldering skies in estuary sunsets, Peter takes us to his most treasured landscapes visited last year. In a year where travel's joys have been stolen the world over, one must escape to the mind- and as Peter would suggest- the easel.

The subject of his next work will usually come to Peter when he is out by the sea, feeling at one with nature and its elements, and at this time he knows what direction the composition will take. Back in his studio the painting begins to take shape in reality, and he aims to recreate both what she has seen and his own emotional response to it.

Peter Wileman has worked in the fine art and design fields for over forty years, and has served as the President and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters. Peter is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters and a member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. These accolades and world wide exhibitions over the years cements Peter as one of Britain's most celebrated landscape oil painters.
