Thompson's Gallery was established in 1982 in Aldeburgh, Suffolk by John and Sue Thompson. In 1991 they expanded with additional locations in the City of London, West End, and the Cotswolds.
In 2011, daughter Megan Thompson took a permanent role in the London Gallery, originally situated on New Cavendish Street and now at Seymour Place, Marylebone.
Both London and Aldeburgh hold up to eleven shows a year ranging from solo to mixed exhibitions. We specialise in Modern British Art from the 20th and 21st Century, Scottish Colourist Paintings and Contemporary Art. We pride ourselves in sourcing original work by the artists we represent.
With extensive combined experience, our staff offer expert art consultation and are proud to give a friendly face to art dealership.
