I continue to be inspired by archaeology. This piece is inspired by the golden button from the Upton Lovell hoard south west of Stonehenge. This is undoubtedly a symbol of power and the piece I have made has the essence at its core. This power might be spiritual of physical. My aim was to invest this sculpture with a sense of power.2
