Sandra Blow RA British, 1925-2006
About
Sandra Betty Blow RA was an English abstract painter and one of the pioneers of the British abstract movement of the 1950s. Blow's works are characteristically large scale, colourful abstract collages made from discarded materials.
Towards the end of her life she lived within the inspiring abstract artistic community of St. Ives in Cornwall, whilst still regularly exhibiting in London.
