We are thrilled to introduce Brian Reinker as a new artist to Thompson’s Gallery.
Brian first caught our attention during a solo exhibition at Hampstead School of Art, where Megan Thompson was immediately drawn to the clarity, precision, and bold geometry of his work. His artistic voice is both contemporary and deeply personal.
Brian’s work blends architecture, design, and abstraction. With a background in fine art and design, he creates hand-cut compositions defined by bold lines, colour, and a precise attention to surface. Often inspired by urban landscapes, maps, and architectural forms, his pieces evoke a strong sense of place.
Originally from the United States and now based in London, Brian brings a unique international perspective to his art making. His practice reflects a blend of influences, from the Bauhaus and modernist design movements to mid-century minimalism. Each piece is both contemplative and visually striking, inviting viewers to engage with space and structure.
Brian’s work is currently being shown in our Stone, Paper & Paint exhibition at Thompson’s Gallery London running until 16th May 2025.
