Paul Wright has once again been selected for the 2025 Herbert Freehills Kramer Portrait Award at the National Portrait Gallery (formerly the BP Portrait Award).

This exhibition holds special meaning for us. It's where our journey with Paul began back in 2006 and we’re incredibly proud to see him recognised again.
Out of over 40,000 entries, just 46 works were selected. To be chosen three times in 2006, 2013, and now 2025 is an exceptional and rare honour.
The selected piece, Smaller World (right), is a striking example of Paul’s emotionally resonant and expressive style, continuing to push the boundaries of contemporary portraiture.
